The Saltrek Guarantee

All Saltrek Wallets are covered by a 120 day guarantee from the day they were purchased. This warranty will cover any manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship that you may encounter throughout the guarantee period. The guarantee doesn't apply to unreasonable use, neglect, or normal wear and tear. 

Need to Make A Warranty Claim?

Our 120 day guarantee will include a full replacement for your wallet. In the event that the item (style or color) is no longer available or discontinued, we will offer you a store credit for the original purchase amount. For warranty claims, please visit our "Contact Us" page and select the dropdown for "Warranty Claim". To expedite your claim, please attach a few photos of your wallet showing the issue that you are encountering. Our friendly customer care team will take care of things from there, and expedite a replacement item right out to you.
